   Both my sister and I have our dogs insured through Trupanion, mine is a shepherd mix and hers is a pit mix.
   After doing a lot of research, what sold me with them was how very few limitations they have. So many companies cap out on $ amounts per year or per claim, and Trupanion doesn’t have any claim limits or annual limits, and they don’t raise your premiums for filing claims. They cover 90% of the bill too.

   I’d suggest doing some comparisons, get quotes, read reviews, etc. to see what best fits your needs. Check out pet insurance review, and also see the link I left below where you can compare plans side by side, it’s pretty neat. Good luck!
